In ATQMRA action Lou Cicconi, Tim Behmer and Robin Johnston got things going by winning their respective heat races. Ryan Tidman led the way early in the 25-lap feature but it was obvious Cicconi and Don Adams would factor into the outcome, as both made some early bold moves to put themselves in the lead group. Cicconi took the lead on the 5th lap with Adams following him up to 2nd spot. Following several restarts for cautions Adams set up his move, made the inside pass, and took over the lead on the 13th lap. The rest of the race was his and he held on for the win over Cicconi, August winner Frank Fischer, Tim Behmer and Allison Cummins.
